The rotary system itself is of good quality, but from the engineering point of view it lacks some important features which makes it annoying to use. Glases and other things without handle are easy to engrave, but instance mugs with handle can not be easily engraved, since the axis of rotation is to low to the bottom. The handle of a mug does not fit through. Also the systems lags the option to adjust the angle of the rotating holder. One has to use extrta tooling to adjust the angle, by tilting the whole setup of the rotary kit. That's inconvenient and reduces quality of the engraving.
